STEP 1

Select The Shape Of The Plaque

Begin by choosing the shape that best suits your preferences and the intended placement.  The available shapes are:

Ovals, available as portrait or landscape.  Sizes: 8cmX10cm and 9cmX12cm

Rectangular, available as portrait or landscape.  Sizes: 8cmX10cm and 7cmX9cm

Circular.  Sizes 8cm diameter and 7cm diameter

Heart Shape.  Sizes 8cm diameter and 7cm diameter

STEP 2

Choose The Photo Border Style

Browse through our selection of photo border styles.

Select a border that complements the plaque’s shape and enhances the overall design.

Styles available are: Photo to Edge, Feathered Edge, White Line, Gold Filet Line, Platinum Filet Line.

STEP 3

Select The Photo Background Style

Choose a background style for the photo that reflects your loved one’s personality or blends well with the surrounding elements of the plaque.

Options include original background, white background, sky blue background and new background.

STEP 4

Provide The Photo

Provide the photo you wish to use, ensuring it is high quality and clear.

STEP 6

Review and Finalise

Review the design for accuracy.

Make any necessary adjustments before confirming your order.

What Happens Next

Photo Enhancement

Our design team begins by carefully enhancing the provided photo to ensure it meets the highest standards for clarity and quality.

Adjustments may include colour correction, sharpening, and retouching to ensure the image is perfectly suited for the plaque.

Proof Approval

Once the photo enhancement and plaque design are complete, a digital proof is prepared.

This proof is sent to you for review and approval, allowing you to confirm the design and layout.

Any revisions or corrections can be requested at this stage to ensure the final product aligns with your vision.

Printing, Kilning & Quality Check

After receiving your approval, the final design is printed and applied to the porcelain plaque.  The porcelain plaque is then placed in a kiln.

The kiln firing process fuses the image onto the plaque at high temperatures, ensuring durability and permanence.  This traditional method guarantees that the photo will not fade over time.

Once the plaque has been kilned and cooled it undergoes a thorough quality check.

Dispatch

After passing the quality check, the memorial plaque is securely packaged to protect it during transit. 

The completed plaque is then dispatched to your specified address, with tracking information provided to keep you informed of its delivery status.

This process ensures that your memorial plaque is crafted with care and precision, resulting in a beautiful lasting tribute to your loved one.
